Adding a new transaction is simple and quick.
You just need to enter the name for it, value and category to add spending.
In addition, you can set date (which is as default current date), set subcategory, account or just add some comment and of course a photo so You can also store here recipes.
As everyone has their own needs, it is you who define all categories and subcategories in the application. Thanks to that, your budget can be personalized. Moreover, you can create your virtual accounts which will help You for example in splitting transactions in home and work budgets.
To better manage money flow there are multiple possibilities to check history. There is a simple list, which shows each transaction within given filters (date range, category, subcategory, account). In addition, you can view spending or incomes on chart reports. The application allows you to show both, income and spending on the yearly chart, daily transactions on the line chart, the percentage on the pie chart and just value distribution on the bar chart. History can be saved as PDF or even printed from the application.
Thanks to integration with Google Drive You can backup and restore your data. Please note that backup needs to be done manually by choosing the correct option.
