Recent updates crashes all the time and cameras don't load consistently. Please fix.
I thought it was great until the most recent update crashed my connection capabilites. Tried everything to fix. Reached out for assistance from James, got one simple email and ignored since. No tech support of any kind. So angry.
When logging in to pull up footage from the sd card, it sits and does nothing over and over. No problem with the camera and sd card locally. So ruled out. Please sort your issues PLEASE!!!!!!. Otherwise, it's a good app
Worst app ever created. Instructions are wrong in some places and just poorly written in other places. There is no logical sequence to the instructions or set up, such as "First do this, then do that." It is circular with twists and turns, inconsistent terminology, general clumsiness, and frequent crashes. All of that could be forgiven if the company offered technical support, but the only "support" they offer is via chat (they claim to offer Skype, but they do not answer Skype calls), and the only guidance they give you is links to the poorly written, unhelpful, inaccurate user manual. They don't know how the app works any more than you do. Terrible. Just terrible.
Its been working just fine for me. Other users are having problems but if you follow the instructed set up there is no issue at all.
Camera keeps losing connection but not a problem with WiFi. Have to keep uninstall and then reinstall. App not user friendly as now cannot find how to reconfigure Internet settings. Extremely unhappy
Improved compatibility with old camera firmware, minor UI corrections, etc.
