Review from A Google User
Great, easy to use, transfer, and format, but character limited Writer is excellent and simple, but cuts you off once you've hit a 9000 character limit, which can often be a lot less than it sounds.
Not for Nexus 7? I can see the potential in this app, but for some reason the menu tab doesn't work on my tablet, which blunts its capabilities somewhat. From other reviews this appears to be a general problem for Nexus users - is there a fix? Until then I'll have to uninstall it.
Accidental Deletion I guess your clipboard symbol is the equivalent to cutting text? Thanks for making me lose a VERY important part of my story; I'm never going to get that back.
It's difficult to import files into the program. I've only managed to do so once, but the rest of the files I try (.docx, .txt) don't work.
Dangerous... As mentioned in other reviews, it's easy to delete text and there's no way to recover it. You definitely need an undo button otherwise it's too dangerous to use. A way of backing up work online would be good too. I won't ever rely on a mobile after a friend lost a year's work by using a local app when their phone died.
View option Cool app but I just wish it has a view option. Like if I want to review or just look back at my previous writings, it would appear just like a book or something and not the edit page. That's all! Thank you. So far so good.
Good app! Very simple, yet very effective; two things though: first, a little bug I noticed: the app does not refresh itself after deleting a document, e.i. It still appears in the list even though you can't interact with the "ghost file" anymore. The fixing just requires a little tweak in the code so that the app refreshes itself after deleting. No big deal though. Second, you guys would please a lot of users by adding an undo button. Just sayin' ;)
