NOTE: Please use headphones.
With SpeechJammer, you can literally "jam" someone's voice. Through the Delayed Auditory Feedback effect, the speaker will have trouble articulating while speaking, effectively inhibiting his or her speech!
To put it briefly, the effect occurs when you hear your own voice at a slight delay. Many people tend to start mumbling, and therefore "jamming" speech. Works best if you try to read something!
Please use headphones, because using this app on speakers would generate significant audio feedback. Using the app in a somewhat silent room also improves the jamming effect.

This app provides schedules and frequencies for shortwave radio broadcasts throughout the world. Information is also included on some utility stations, Firedrake jammer etc.
Information is taking from the Eibi schedule (http://www.eibispace.de/) and AOKI Schedule.
Location permissions are for mapping features for Google Maps API and displaying your current location on a map. For full source code see - https://code.google.com/p/shortwaveschedules/
RECORDING PERMISSION - This is for recording your DX catches or anything else you are listening to using the built in logging option. If you choose to share the log then the mp3 recording is uploaded to a server I run along with the station name and frequency (but no information about the user or your location) and a link is returned to be shared for example http://9915.khz.mobi/b .
The app has the following features:
*Schedules easily updated from Eibi and stored on device meaning data connection is not needed once schedules are downloaded.
* Search by time showing all stations broadcasting to a chosen target area at a specific time
* Search by station showing either complete station schedule and frequencies or only broadcasts of a station at a chosen time
* Search by frequency to identify a station you are listening to either at a specific time or any time.
* Search by language to find stations only broadcasting in a specific language.
* Shows maps of transmitters location and beam direction from AOKI list
* Log your DX catches, record audio recordings of the station and share your logs using Android share options.
Results show the station name, the broadcast start and end time, the target area of the station (EU, Asia, Africa, North America etc.) and a list of frequencies including the transmitter location (swipe across to see more frequencies)

You can get the official purchase links to songs on SoundCloud, which are offered by the artist.
Sorry, I'm not allowed to offer more than that, SoundCloud doesn't allow any direct downloads anymore!!!
If you have any problems with the app, just email me!
Just "share" your song or playlist from the SoundCloud app or your favorite browser by sharing the link from the official SoundCloud web site, choose the "SoundLoader" app and a link to the official purchase will be shown after a few seconds. For your notice, sometimes it takes a bit longer to process the request!
You can find a MP3 Tag Editor (beta) via the menu. Change Album, Artist, Title, Genre and Track Number of your downloaded track. The genre list consists of the official first 80 ID3v1-Genres from 1999. You can also Play, Share and Delete the tracks from there.
There is also a very simple Player integrated, which plays the streams from SoundCloud. You can also get the purchase links directly from the Player. It is still very basic and buggy, so updates will come over time. Stay tuned!
I hope you enjoy "SoundLoader" as I did programming it!
- Make the MP3 Tag Editor faster and more complex
- Improve the player in many ways

DaTuner Pro was reviewed by Android Central:
"For the Android-loving musician, I think DaTuner Pro is easily the best tuner you can have on your device. I used to give that title to *see review!*, but DaTuner has proven to be so powerful, easy to use, and accurate, it'd be foolish to not use it."
DaTuner converts the fundamental frequency to the nearest note and error in cents for quick and easy tuning of your guitar, ukelele, violin, bass, cello, mandolin, piano, harp, saxophone, Ducati timing belt, harmonica, kazoo, you name it.
DaTuner's display is easy to read; nearest note and octave is displayed in a giant, easy to read font in the center of the screen, and frequency in hertz plus error in cents is displayed at the bottom of the screen. Sensitivity is auto-adjusted, but can also be adjusted by touch via a bar on the left-hand side of the screen, and the speed/accuracy of the algorithm and the relative frequency (if other than 440Hz) can be adjusted via the configuration menu.
There is no "dead zone" with this tuner app as is the case with many other apps. Instead, the whole display turns green when the incoming frequency is within a configurable range of the target frequency and you can still see small changes in pitch even within the "in-range" area. Both the "in-tune" range and the colours shown for sharp and flat can be configured in this version.
Screen and filter lock allow you to select the note that you would like to tune to, with filter lock ignoring anything outside of the range of the note you wish to tune, which is useful for tuning in noisy environs.
1.) No dead zone - screen changes to green when tuning is good.
2.) Auto-Sensitivity - no configuration required.
3.) Bright, easy-to-read display.
4.) Quick, accurate and precise. < 0.3 cents @ E3 (329.62Hz), <0.1 cents @ C5(1046.5Hz), < 1 cent @ A2 (110Hz)
5.) Screen lock: Lock to the note you want to tune, even if extremely out of tune and make your way up/down to it.
6.) Filter lock: Lock and filter to a specific note and filter out everything outside that note's range.
8.) Reference frequency adjustment for orchestra tuning.
9.) Choice of colours for sharp/flat
Features in the PRO version [not in this free version]
10.) [PRO] Transposition.
11.) [PRO] Temperaments. You can modify the ones that exist or add your own using a text editor. The temperaments are saved on your external memory under the /DaTuner directory.
12.) [PRO] Notation (ie Solfége, English, English sharp, English flat, Northern European.) Customization of these will be possible in a future upgrade.
13.) [PRO] Emulated strobe tuner display
14.) [PRO] Digital readout of error in cents
15.) [PRO] Pitch pipe (triangle, sine, sawtooth, square)
16.) [PRO] Pitch pipe auto mode (no touch!)
17.) [PRO] Accelerated tuning algorithm.
18.) [PRO] Sample rate range 8kHz - 48kHz.

******************** THE ORIGIN & HISTORY OF Old School Hip Hop MUSIC ********************
Old-school hip hop depicts the most punctual financially recorded hip bounce music (more or less from 1979–1984), and the music in the period going before it from which it was straightforwardly plunged. Old-school hip bounce is said to have finished around 1984 because of progressions in both rapping strategy and the going with music and rhythms. The picture, styles and resonances of the old school were exemplified by figures like Afrika Bambaataa, The Sugarhill Gang, Grandmaster Flash, Spoonie Gee, Newcleus, Treacherous Three, Funky Four Plus One, Kurtis Blow, Busy Bee Starski, Lovebug Starski, The Cold Crush Brothers, and Fab Five Freddy.
Old-school hip hop is noted for its generally straightforward rapping procedures contrasted with later hip-hop music. Specialists, for example, Melle Mel might utilize moderately few syllables for every bar of music, with generally straightforward rhythms. A great part of the topic of old-school hip hop revolves around celebrating and having a great time. One striking special case is the tune "The Message", which was composed by Melle Mel for his hip hop bunch, Grandmaster Flash and The Furious Five. Immortal Technique illustrates how gathering substance had enormous influence in old-school hip bounce.
Battle rap was additionally a piece of old-school hip hop. Discussing battle rapping, Esoteric says, "a considerable measure of my stuff originates from old-school hip-hop, braggadocio ethic". An acclaimed old-school hip hop fight happened in December 1981 when Kool Moe Dee tested Busy Bee Starski. Occupied Bee Starski's annihilation by the more intricate raps of Kool Moe Dee implied that "never again was a MC simply a swarm satisfying entertainer with a smooth tongue; he was a pundit and a storyteller", which KRS-One likewise credits as making a movement in rapping in the documentary Beef.
Freestyle rap throughout hip-hop's old school had an alternate definition from the definition it has today – Kool Moe Dee alludes to this prior definition in his book, there's a God on the Mic: "There are two sorts of freestyle. There's an old-school freestyle that is fundamentally rhymes that you've composed that might not have anything to do with any subject or that goes everywhere. At that point there's freestyle where you fall off the highest point of the head". In old-school hip hop, Kool Moe Dee says that improvisational rapping was rather canceled "impending the highest point of the head", and he alludes to this as "the true old fashioned freestyle". This is as opposed to the later definition characterizing freestyle rap as "improvisational rap like a jazz solo".

The focus of Spirit is on AOSP ROMs. If you don't know what AOSP is, Spirit is likely not the app for you, and you should stick with the stock FM app. Further details: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=50954346&postcount=7641

If you're an average phone user, & don't know what Android "rooting" is, Spirit will likely not offer you much more than your stock FM app. If your phone does not have a stock FM app, it is unlikely that Spirit will work on it.
Spirit is mostly for Android enthusiasts who "root" & "ROM" their phones. But it also works on many stock, "store bought" phones.
Spirit Unlocked includes:
- Digital audio features supported ONLY on: ROOTED Non-stock AOSP International Galaxy S/S2/S3/Note/Note2/Player, HTC One/OneXL/OneS/Evo 4G LTE/Xperia T and most Sony 2012+ devices.

FAQ / Frequently Asked Questions: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=31983089
! IMPOSSIBLE Devices: ALL Nexus & MANY Samsung & other devices have FM purposely & unfixably disabled in hardware. No app can EVER fix that. Email for refund & explanation of Google's false "compatability" checking. NO FM for GALAXY S4/S5, Note3/Note4, Tab, All US Galaxy S/Note class phones, Motorola flagships, and MANY more
I understand the price may seem high, but this is a niche app with 10,000 hours of work required over 3+ years. How many other "Real FM Radio" apps are on Google Play ? Almost none.
Why ? Because Android FM is extremely difficult. Google doesn't support FM radio and carriers suppress it. Intensive reverse engineering is required. In the over 3 years since Spirit was first created, nobody else has been "crazy" enough to attempt to compete in this niche (OTA radio) within a niche (AOSP ROMs) or without (all phones with usable FM).
Spirit is not a throwaway game app you play for a few days. How many hours will you spend listening to FM radio in the next several years ?
How much can you save on data plans by listening to free, over the air radio versus streaming ?
If you care about app quality, note CNet article "We're not paying enough for apps": http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=23568502&postcount=2523
I'm one developer and Spirit is my only substantial app and income. I'm trying to do a job Google said they couldn't for lack of developer resources. :)
Your support for Spirit is appreciated.

As seen on:
★evolver.fm Editor's Choice★
What it does:
This app uses your your headset's microphone to listen for loud noises. Then depending on the mode it either pauses or dips the volume of your music or movie then plays back the sound that triggered it. Then returns your music or movie to normal volume or resumes playback.
Bluetooth Mic Option:
Currently only works with mono headsets and some AD2P kind
Where would I use it?
+At the office: pause your music automatically when someone is trying to get your attention
+At home: Don't miss door slams, children crying, your dog barking, or other warning signs
+At the airport: Relax at the gate and have your music pause when the gate announcements start
+Anywhere relatively quiet where you want to know if something happens around you
Best to use with:
Sound isolating earbud headphones with mic- These are practically earplugs now, so don't miss out on what's around you.
You can use it with just headphones but be aware the microphone used is now your phone. So leaving it in your pocket wouldn't work so well.
How to use:
Make sure your headset is plugged in. Simply start the app, push Start, see the noise level around you, set the trigger level by using your finger to swipe the meter, hit the home button to access your music, videos or games and enjoy.
-Needs Gingerbread or higher (Android version 2.3, etc)
-You can't be in a really loud environment otherwise the microphone input will be maxed out and there is no way to detect a louder sound.
Works with most popular music and video players: Make sure to enable headset controls if it's not working at first
Samsung's FM Radio App currently doesn't work (actually crashes the app, sorry)
Phone Calls: Read Phone status (shuts off the audio processing during calls)
Hardware Controls: Audio Settings, Record Audio (to use the microphone, no audio is ever stored)
Bluetooth: For Bluetooth mic feature
Broadcast Sticky: For Bluetooth mic feature
Developed on a Nexus 5
