Thank goodness I was ready to root my phone and install a custom ROM just to get rid of the heads up notifications. My only critique is that the ticker scroll is quite slow. If there is anyway to get it back to the speed of Kit Kat that would be great. Also, if there is a way to keep the transparent notification bar instead of turning to black that would be awesome. Just aesthetic things so not that big of a deal. Thanks!
Does not stop heads, and drains battery life at an amazing rate. I just downloaded it a few hours ago and watched my battery run down (nothing else changed). I turned off the app and the drain stopped. On top of that, it doesn't turn off heads. I spent two bucks to be able to choose which apps to turn off and it doesn't matter anyway. I still get the heads up. I would like a refund, but the refund button disappeared.
The app does NOT work for the most important heads-up: incoming call notifications. I purchased this version only for this particular feature. Incoming call heads-up are still coming for all Google standard phones (like Nexus 5 and higher). HeadsOff does not work for more sophisticated case of Samsung S6 either. This is just a garbage.
Pro heads off I bought this app so I could have more choices like the color well the only color available is Black seriously can't you fix that suckered born every day guess that's me... Can't decide if I should just get a refund.... I think k I will.. So have fun folks.
Great, but too slow I love having the ticker back again. But the speed is just far too slow I can't pull down the notification shade until its finished showing me the status on the ticker. The ticker takes just as long as the heads up notification and that was the original problem! I highly suggest the option to adjust the amount of time the ticker takes to display the message
Kills the Battery Fully Charged! Finally! An app that kills the stupid battery fully charged, please disconnect your charger notification on samsung phones! That's stupid notification made it impossible to use the phone as a bedside table clock. thank you thank you thank you for finally killing that stupid notification.
