Most irritating experience. I was given Wrong and misleading information while placing the order. I got a coupon of Rs 2000 to use and when I tried to purchase using this amount, it actually deducted money from my savings. During purchase, the net amount payable was shown as zero but after purchase they deducted money from savings. Worst thing is I am unable to cancel the purchase. Their support is not responsive. It's complete cheating. I will remove all my savings from Jar now. Most untrusted

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the Jar app. I had saved ₹1000 in the app and was thrilled to receive a ₹60 bonus, bringing my total to ₹1060. However, when I checked my account, I was shocked to see that the balance was only ₹980! I have no idea where the remaining ₹80 went. I didn't withdraw any money, and there were no notifications about any deductions. The app's failure to accurately reflect my savings and bonus is unacceptable. I'm concerned about the security and reliability of the Jar.
