the worst app experience ever, whenever I want to withdraw money the servers of all banks are busy but at the same time the investment option is working smoothly. If the servers are actually down how come you are able to take money but not allowing customers to withdraw money. On top of that pathetic chat service they have, no one replies im trying from three days. I also lost 6k in this as suddenly the gold price went down but the app shows that price has gone up. All goof up only

Their customer support is RIDICULOUS 😡! Even worse than, if you can believe it. As soon as they say "connecting you to customer service," it's like they're shutting the door on you. Might as well say "see you next leap year" 🙄. Honestly, steer clear unless they fix this, especially for financial stuff. Zero concern for customers. Pathetic!

it's too embarassing, really I told don't use this app , it's taken more interest to save your money, when u want to withdraw you get not your full money , it's always pay you after cut the amount whatever they have the interest rate....it's nothing but a loss of money process... I already lost my 1000 rupees in 6000 ..😔, actually I save in jar 6000 rupees but I get back only 5000....😤
