I Love being able to go on a patient portal and do all my necessary things with my team of doctors. But the app freezes up sometimes and it won't go through and I have to sign back out and come back in or either keep waiting and it's a pain in the butt cuz of that. Otherwise I've enjoyed the capability of being involved with my Health.

I cannot link one of Impact Medical to this app. When I logged in the app is always like an alert ⚠️ Manage your communication preferences. I already selected and they are fine. I get emails from Impact Medical Allergy Asthma & Immunology "Reminder: You have an appointment scheduled with Impact Medical Allergy, Asthma & Immunology." When i try to open the link takes me to URL, I am not able to see any notification from this place in this app. I can only see all records till 2022, nothing new.
