I think my provider's practice rolled this out far too early. it has essentially no features. it doesn't have updated med list despite that being updated 2x at the dr's in the past month, and if I try to change them it warns that the changes will show on my side only. I'm used to most of my providers using MyChart and I can view results, send messages, see appointments - none of this is possible at this point, but I don't know if it's the app or the practice. it looks like it's in beta.

Pros: Gives easy access to vitals/test results, with info of what the normal range should be for those results. Can request appointments, but that feature is only valuable if the office sees it and responds to the request. There's a health journal feature to keep track of symptoms that can be emailed to your doctor. Has a messaging feature to correspond with providers. Cons: The only way to respond to providers when a message is received is to start a new message - there's no reply button.

Recently fingerprint Authentication stopped working. It says in order to enable it, an authorized fingerprint must be setup on your device. I set it up but it still doesn't work. Because a new fingerprint was added on the phone, the fingerprint authentication doesn't work on all other apps anymore. I now have to log into those apps using my login and password first and then enable it back. This is an extremely frustrating experience! one of the worst bugs ever and I used to be a QA tester
