Love it! Ive used the video for relaxation for years but this is so much better. I do wish there was a pause button for the dialog so i could continue to listen to the "music" while allowing my breathing to find its own natural unhurried pace. Perhaps in a future update ;) Edited to add: im using a galaxy a51 and the app runs great. Smooth as silk.

The very best thing I have ever done is get this meditation app. I never could stand the other meditations with all the foo foo wording and weird little sayings. They those just made me more frustrated and irritable. But this, it picks up the crazy and crazies of the day and just hurls them right out of my realm. Perfection. Thank you for creating this masterpiece for those of us who are on the road less traveled.

I love the simplicity of the formatting for the app and links, though sometimes it freezes my phone (LG K-30, roughly an extra 30 seconds of processing) or doesn't link it and f*** if I know how that works. I use this app as often as I need to, and its a great spiritual tool for me. I dont think it is for everyone so I reccomend warning your favorite practitioners on the amount of wonderfully placed explatives since kids have a tendency to go "whats that" [boop] you: Welp... F it.
