Doesn't help at all, it says my registration can't be processed and i need to contact the number addressed in the app. And the funny thing is, none answered my calls and my message. Not even a bot answered. So what's the point of having this app? Or it can only process the recent years of registration, but not over 10 years or more? Totally disappointed, far from description.

Not as efficient as last year. Can't upload photo from gallery. My submission always rejected but my payment got approved very fast. I can't even change the requirements requested. I have to go to SAMSAT for print my STNK. Whats the point if I still need to go to SAMSAT. The customer service not very helpfull either. Took too long to respond. Two days. Very frustrating.

The app is always crash once start downloading "e-pengesahan". Restarting the phone is not help at all. Re-install just make the App works until payment the tax finish BUT DO NOT TRY TO CLICK to get evidence that the payment is valid in menu "Unduh e-Pengesahan" otherwise the App need to be Re-install again and find the same case continuously..and so on. NEED TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY
