"I had a terrible experience with Jat Matrimony. My account was blocked within minutes of registration, without any valid reason or warning. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they have been completely unhelpful. No proper solution or follow-up has been provided. It's extremely frustrating to invest time and effort into creating a profile, only to have it blocked with no explanation. This app feels like a complete scam. Be cautious before signing up!"

Not useful, seems as if there is no real profile exist. When we select any matching profile, only a structured response ' Sorry ...xxx has declined your interest' comes after two days. It looks like the response ir sent by your manipulater/ programmer and there is no such profile exist as shown. So it looks like a waste of time and money. So suggest you may send few Profile but only matching in terms of Age, Qualification & cast, location etc as per set filter set by me. Call for explanation.

They will harass you with incessant calls. Even after you make the payment, they will keep calling you to upgrade. DON'T INSTALL IF YOU VALUE YOUR PEACE. They don't care about their customers just want to extract money and will harass you if you don't give money by continuous calls. Responding to their reply, even after deleting and unsubscribing from emails, they still call and harass by sending more emails what to talk of changing settings in the app. Pathetic!
