HOW IT WORKS
• Create a habit: Use familiar to create a habit and set how often and how long you want to work on it (e.g. read a book for 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week). Remember to start small and build up.
• Use your timers to stay focused: Throughout the week, spawn timers for your tasks to stay focused and your familiar will notify you when you're done.
• At the start of a new week, start fresh: Reset your progress, make any adjustments, and start fresh! If you didn't make your goals try again with a smaller duration or frequency. If you did, amp it up a little!
