I love the layout and stuff, and would love to give it 5 stars. However, it never updates my stats without me forcing an update by re-pairing. I've tried all the help articles. It never sticks and never updates every 20 minutes. For instance, my Up Move has been connected since the last stat update 2 days ago but no new stats since. I'm pretty sure in moving. You really need to add a "update stats now" button.

Wish this shutting down would stop Pretty great app. Syncs with the device through Bluetooth. Allows you to set goals for walking, sleep, and weight. I haven't used the food tracking aspect, so I can't rate it. The major problem I have is that at least twice a week the app will shut down while reporting sleep. Very annoying- half the time I don't report sleep anymore. I wish that it would have been fixed with the upgrade.

Is becoming increasingly annoying. Recently UP stopped syncing in to my fitness pal. It is over a week behind. The food tab is only any good if you have time to work out all your carbs etc. At least my fitness pal syncs in to UP so that the food side works. Tried emailing jawbone but never receive responses. So customers service is dismal.

Sync with lose it for food calories is not correct. It somehow sync multiple times and creates new entry. For ex breakfast is 3 times, lunch 2 times and dinner 1 time. It multiplies the no of times with calories for that meal and shows so many times larger cal no. Yesterday it showed 7050 cals instead os 2262. Please fix it asap. I am new to this eco system

"Pairing rejected by up24." What good is the app when the product is a piece of CRAP?! All the advice on the Net, nothing works. I guess Jawbone doesn't like Android. Whatever, it's garbage. And NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY! I guess I'll have to take to social media to get the word out. Update: It's finally connected. Coincidence? Shame I had to threaten.

Jawbone does not have customer support any longer. Jawbone has stopped answering their customer support phone, and will not answer any emails. The BBB has also been unable to contact the company. The company has disbanded. You would be CRAZY to buy anything from Jawbone right now, if anything goes wrong with it you will be stuck. Please don't become victims of this!

Insightful I have been able to see just how much sleep I really get, and when I need more. I never get enough sleep, I feel this app has helped me get more, and better quality sleep. I do find the food additions a bit tedious, and wish the calculator could be improved. I tend not to bother with that part. Overall a great help in awareness towards better health.
Love! Inspiration to move! I got my UPmove on Black Friday during a sale. I like being able to track my movement, and sleep. I also like the SmartCoach with inspirational tips and encouragement! Downside, and why I will most likely upgrade is that UPmove doesn't track food as well as I would like- it's missing many foods. It also doesn't automatically track and log sleep.
When it works, it's great. But three times, now--within the past three days--I have had to completely uninstall it and reinstall it to get it to sync with my Move. Which is annoying. I wish there was at least a button to prompt it to sync, if it's not going to do it on its own. --- Update: Now it not only won't sync, sometimes, but also doesn't sync all the progress my tracker itself says I have. I am really annoyed with this app.
This App can use some work. It quits syncing for no apparent reason. I keep having to uninstall and reinstall it to keep it up to date. There is no apparent way to tell it to sync on demand (it's supposed to automatically), but if it doesn't, there's no way to tell it it needs to.
Love how the app is set up. Easy to use. Now I just have to challenge my self more. New review 4/30/17. Very sad it will not stay paired. I have to reset it every day. The second one I bought the band split in two. So I stopped using it all together. I'm going to buy one of the other brands that has better reviews. No more jawbones. Very sad.
Tracker: Great; App: Meh Sometimes it syncs automatically with no issues for days. Other times it won't sync without retrieving my data several times. Inconsistency is annoying in an otherwise useful and accurate activity tracker. My notifications never work, either, so I miss Smart Coach encouragement that might help me keep going. Medication and sleep reminders stopped working, too.
Please fix!!! Ever since you released the new update every time I want to connect my Jawbond I have to uninstall, re-install and re-pair just to update wjat I have done eah day! Its not on low battery, it just stops syncing. It also says that it cant sync without using gps...I turn my gps on and it still wont sync!!!
Love it! Integrating with MyFitnessPal. Great system, I feel like it doesn't count anything over what I actually step. It gives me an easy system where I see exactly how many calories I take in and how many I burn. Only thing I'd change is getting all my friends to use it!
I really enjoy using my jawbone bit the problem I have. There seems to have been a update for this app and now I can't close the app otherwise my data won't sync when I used to be able to close my app and have no problems at all. So if I leave my app open it still doesn't sync all of my data and therefore doesn't record my steps like it's supposed to please fix this ASAP it's not very user friendly at the moment
I love this app and love my up move but would like to be able to choose a daily, weekly or weekend challenge(like fitbit has). I get the ocassional challenge pop up in the app but if I click no thanks it's ages till it comes up again....I just want the option to choose when I do them. BTW. I'm not talking about duels, I mean so you can challenge and improve yourself.
Crashes instead of adding UP Move My new UP Move synced twice in one day, then wouldn't connect anymore. I uninstalled & reinstalled the app and my tracker was no longer registered with the app. Now when the app is looking for my device, it consistently crashes. This is after several reinstalls of the app and soft resets of the UP Move. The app seems unreliable and there is no other way to see my data, so the tracker is useless as well. I'm on a Galaxy S6.
Disappointed! Couldn't get my up move to pair with my phone. I tried trouble shooting & followed all advice from jawbone website - even emailed them-no success. Finally Googled it and got it paired at last! Loved my old up move so very happy :)
I purchased the product on Amazon earlier in this month. I've been using the app since February 13th and have been pretty happy with it. I like the coach, the step counter and the sleep tracker. The only drawback is the food database - it doesn't include a lot of food from restaurants nor does it save food I enter manually.
I've been trying to get in touch with Jawbone as there is an issue with my band. I've followed the on line help that worked for a bit but then stops working! I've filled in the contact form on the website twice and found old emails from the last issue and replied to those twice. Has Jawbone shut down??? Used to love my band but it's getting a pain now!! Also why have the monthly report emails stopped?? Last one was November last year!!! Where have you gone Jawbone?? If my band stops working I will be going else where! Not had this one a year yet!! Uses to be good but not anymore!! No customer service!!
It was very well paired with my old phone and it was getting updated daily automatically. But with my new phone It was working fine until last night, although I had to resync it daily myself. Now it's not getting paired ,don't know for what reasons. Tried everything.
It won't let me change serving sizes This app is great for logging exercise and sleep. But every time I go to log food, I get a message that tells me "network unavailable" when I try to change the serving sizes. I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app like 5 or 6 times to be able to change serving sizes, and I'm done. They need to develop the app more for Android so this glitch does not happen. Tracking food intake is time consuming enough without this inconvenience.
This app was doing great, and hasn't worked properly in the past month. It won't connect to my phone, no matter what I do. I've had it since Christmas 2016, and was working fine up until early this year. Dunno if it is an error with my phone or the app, but the band has charge nd works
Problems with syncing, have to uninstall and reinstall almost daily. UPDATE: no more problems, increased rating. 3/2017 update: new phone with Android 7 loses the ability to sync almost every day, have to re-pair the unit to get it to sync. What a PITA!! At least I don't have to uninstall and reinstall like last time.
Very disappointing... My bracelet will not stay paired with the app. I have to do a complete repairing to get the stats to update. Now I know why these were clearanced out. Nobody wants them. Buyers be aware!
This would be a great app if it worked. It does not update my information from my up move. Instead I have to clear all my previous data for it to connect again, very frustrating.
I like the Jawbone and have owned for about 3 years now but for the past few months the only way to update the steps is to uninstall the app and then download it again. Almost everyday. The band works fine. Very annoying bug.
It's fine, but it doesn't want to update my steps like its suppose to. Very frustrating!! Update no longer using the sleep mode as it doesn't want to register waking up with out uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
It used to work well. The last update (3+ months ago) broke auto-syncing. I have to resynchronize/pair my device every 2-3 days. Pain in the butt.
When the app works, it's brilliant! However, I have to keep installing and uninstalling to sync data which is highly annoying! I don't log food anymore either, as it can never find what I'm eating. Such a shame- I'll change to 5* if it gets fixed!
The battery life and everything is very useful but if you ignore the app for too long or take a day off from it, I get a sync issue. I'm kind of getting a little tired of having to resync the band so often
Fix your app right now before i head over to social media and get a refund. It's been over a month I have given you. i am not impressed. Wish i had of brought another fitbit. I have an s6, updated to the latest software, fix your app cos I am sick of sending feedback to your service centre, i want to use my move or I will be reporting you further. Beyond a joke! I will redo my review when you have fixed the issue!!! IF YOU EVER FIX THE ISSUE! i do not recommend jawbone at the minute. Waste of time DO NOT BUY A JAWBONE UP MOVE!
Excellent. Having used the more expensive fitness gadgets and apps, I have to admit I didn't expect much from this one. The up move and up app are perfect though. No issues at all so far and the information seems to be accurate.
I really like the app but 1 minor improvement would make it 5 star. It needs to compare calories burned over 7 day period on one screen please! Otherwise its a great app. Love it.
Good app but the Duel doesn't work for me. I'm dueling my friend for fun but my steps on there are NOT accurate AT ALL! It tells me one amount on my menu total and then tells me another on the Duel screen! And it says both are updated!!
I absolutely love it, when it works! Always have to pair it and it's frustrating!!! Went back to my kate spade tracker. It's a shame because I so like it. It just never worka LOL
Clever link to my Up Move but I find the Smart Coach to be a complete an utter waste of time. I give every single message a 'thumbs down' yet to inane messages continue. Add a option to remove ALL Smart Coach messages a then I'll be happy.
Disappointment. Battery only last for few hours. Tried both soft & hard reset. Doesn't work.most probably need to wait till the warranty expired then throw away.
Up move is the worst piece of gadget created by the company. Worked for a few days and now doesn't work. Changed 6 different batteries and different brands and still doesn't work. Emailed c.s for help but never heard back. Don't buy it. Waste of money.
Really like the Move and the app but I can't go more than 3 days without sync issues at which point I have to re-pair the two. I've tried all the troubleshooting solutions and they don't work. Jawbone Move with firmware 4.0.27, latest app and Samsung S6 Edge. It's a problem as it's a crucial element of the product hence 2 stars. I would give it more but then I saw how many other people had the same problem which makes me wonder how much is being done to fix it.
