Overall I love this app. I have used other apps such as polar and it has no comparison. jawbone is the best but the only complaint I have is the food section using Droid technology to iPhone technology. I have used both with Droid being my current phone technology. The iPhone version is superior to the Droid. I'll scan a product, want to change a serving size and the app would say "information not available" Also, with Droid there is no way possible to look up food from a restaurant. This is a huge issue for me. if Droid could just beware and update their quicker that would be great. Remember I am just a consumer who expects the best when I know jawbone is the best.
Great fitness tracker Great for keeping you accountable with your fitness goals. The app is what makes jawbone so great, its a straight forward interface but offers so much in comparison to many fitness tracking apps. Only criticism is the tracker is not water proof (up 3). It does not seem to adjust itself when you have decided to take off the tracker so picks up some unusual readings.
Great ideas for features but the actual numbers are not right at all The smart coach is great. However, the numbers have been consistently off. Either it has me going to sleep or waking up at times that are completely wrong, or when I edit the numbers, somehow it thanks 8 hours are actually 15 hours. I'm not sure how it gets these calculations. It also has not been tracking whole events. I've checked the numbers before going to a grocery store for instant and sink be up afterwards, it never logged the new steps. I kept checking back headed never logged the new steps.
Easy to use, Helpful Information I'm not a huge fitness fanatic, but I am trying to stay in shape and keep track of my food and physical activity. I couldn't see spending a fortune on a Fitbit or something like that, but the Jawbone with the Up app is a perfect fit for me. I like the motivating challenges, and the simple food scores that it gives me from coordinating with the "My Fitness Pal" app. The sleep tracker is a nice feature as well.
Loving it!! The UP2 is nice to wear, light & comfy. I usually hate bracelets. The App is super easy to use and I love being able to log naps, food and other activities easily to count it towards my day. The support from the coach is great and I love the tips that it gives. The nutritional info on the food is pretty good too but I find it limited with healthier foods & juicing, but maybe I need to look harder.... Ive lost 5 lbs so far just by being more conscious of my daily activities and food intake. 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍
Love it when it syncs I like everything about this app except when I have to resync it. I have to resync my band about 40% of the time by force closing the app and turning off/on location and Bluetooth services. That's a bummer! BUT the app info and details are great. Love the smart coach info and "I'm In" challenges. I workout more now and love to exceed my daily step!
