Triangle Breathing is a method of meditation where one visualizes a triangle. You focus on one section of the perimeter of the triangle at a time, breathing in on one side, holding your breath on the next, and breathing out on the last side.
Staring at the center of this app for a few minutes before meditating will enable the user to see the breathing triangle as soon as their session starts. Due to the accessibility of this app (you can carry it anywhere on your phone!), the user may open the app during a stressful situation in their everyday life.
