Ratings and reviews

Disappointing experience with Jazz Network's internet service. Constant drops in connection, sluggish speeds, and frequent interruptions make basic tasks like streaming or browsing a hassle. Customer service responses have been slow, offering no real solutions. Hoping for improvements soon, but for now, can't recommend this service.

- I can only see last 7days of history. - the history layout is confusing, my balance is being deducted but I can't find where it's being spent. - there is heavy focus on ads and third party services instead of user experience. Out of all the network providers, this is the worst one I've experienced.

Pathetic. Had enough credit to apply a monthly package but it denied. Had to top-up more and then it allowed. The upper topped-up balance remained as it is, means the package could've applied with the already balance I had. Worst experience until now. What a shame. Whenever a package ends, just before that it won't allow me to check the status. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
