Worst experience so far!! It shows the balance in the app that I transferred with no problem at all. Does it work? No! It doesn't subscribe. They take the money, won't let me use it. Refund, you said? Now it's a one way street apparently. Rox really needs to work on their Network instead of "Vibing" and all! UI UX won't help you go far! And please tell me some way to use my in-app Balance that I have transferred.

Was a telenor customer & switched to Jazz Rox because i thought it would provide seamless internet, good quality network but what actually happened was 180 degree opposite. Jazz internet would stuck not for seconds but for minutes despite full 4G+ coverage, open a YouTube video & even at 360p quality, video would buffered so many times, if make even audio call at Whatsapp, in a minute atleast 4 times it would "Reconnect" & so much more. Have complained so many times but same clear cache bla bla

I tried using the app and activated the Insane Vibes package, but I discovered that the Foodpanda voucher isn’t working at all. On Foodpanda, it shows that it’s valid until the end of this year. I have complained multiple times, but they haven't done anything to resolve my issue. It’s a pathetic app.
