i am unable to find in setting the application setting

Been trying to update this for a week already, but it keeps saying unable to install, error code 24.

Works as intended with a few minor glitches. Please note, I managed to get around that annoying '-24' error by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It was the same error another app of theirs had.
