Download the “Villo! officiel” app and access nearly 5.000 bikes and 360 docking stations. Use our bike-sharing system to explore like never before!

Bike-sharing has never been so easy

Open the app and activate your location services to find the closest docking station with available bikes.
When you arrive close to the station, press “Unlock a Villo!” and choose your Villo! from the list of available bikes there.

At the end of your ride, a notification will be sent to your mobile confirming the safe return of the bike to a docking station and you will be able to share your experience with a community of active users.

Flexible options: annual, daily or three-day rentals

The “Villo! officiel” app can be tailored to your needs: just select the option that is best suited to your lifestyle. The first thirty minutes of every ride are free. Bank card payments are secure.

Access the service as a group

You can borrow up to five bikes at the same time with the “Villo! officiel” app. Spread the word! Whether you have an annual pass or not, you can purchase up to five additional short-term passes in just one click.

Collect points

Use the app to actively contribute to the good operation and improvement of the service by giving feedback on your bike at the end of each ride, or by flagging a defect to the technical service.

Bikes are okay, pretty heavy, brakes didnt work in the rain, right grip was missing, rear tire was low on air... Got me where I was going.. The app, account setting, credit card, etc is an awful lot of work to rent a bike for 20 minutes.. I like the idea, need better bikes and simplyfy the rental process. J

It feels like a scam the fact that whenever you pay for a subscription it activates the automatic renewal without asking you if you want to activate it, not even informing you that this is happening.

The daily pass didn't let me unlock through the app. I had to use the terminal even though I bought the pass through the app. Terminal software is bad as well. phone support didn't answer.

What’s new

New: invite your friends along for a ride, even if you don’t have any loyalty points! Tap the “Invite a friend” button and follow the steps to buy one or more tickets without using your points. This new version also improves stability and includes a few bug fixes.
