About this app

The SafeLINC application connects Johnson Controls Fire Alarm Control Units to a secure cloud infrastructure. Users then can access the cloud using a mobile app or web browser to:
• View the status and events on all of their connected fire alarm control units.
o Includes Fire Alarm, Priority 2, Supervisory, Trouble conditions, and more.
• Receive real-time, configurable push notifications for system events and troubles.
• See a list of historical Fire Alarm events with filtering options.

To maintain code compliance and industry best practices, system control functions like Acknowledge, Silence and Reset are not available through SafeLINC.

Ratings and reviews

The app stops working with no notification. When I try to restart it hangs on "retry" after choosing a region. I then have to uninstall/reinstall to get it working again. Not great for an app that interacts with a fire alarm system.

why does this app not work properly. it will all of sudden just stop working. this is a great tool for us facilities manager guys when it works. but other then that this app is trash and needs someone that knows how to fix said issues
