Downloaded app & completed personal info & then placed order. Went to track order few days later on app & had no history of order. Never received email for confirmation either. So no conf # available. But my visa has been charged. Will have to keep my fingers crossed it shows up.
Couldn't pay my bill. Had thought I had autopay and apparently I didn't, resulting in a $27 fee for late payment. Not happy. Tried to pay online and couldn't, so called in and made payment.
I have 7 items in my bag but only 2 show up. I tried to purchase all 7 but only getting a technical issue message. What year are we in! Should we still have issues with websites?
This app is the worst for shopping on line. Constant freezing causing you to have to start over. Very frustrating!

I just got the app. I don't like where the "place order " bar is located, when you are reviewing your order, if you are not careful, you may accidentally touch it and place your order without wanting to. I also don't like that it doesn't break down the total amount when you are ordering. Example the subtotal after your discount. I will continue to use the app for now, to give it a chance
