Awful shopping experience. Ordered the wrong size which is partly on me for not paying attention during checkout. But on further investigation I discovered how the wrong size got into my cart on the first place. It defaulted to black as the color of the item and when I changed the color to white, my size disappeared and it automatically selected the next biggest size. And they will take half the value of the purchase price if I do a return. I'll stick to Amazon from now on for free returns.

Since the update my Rewards are not accessible. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app, no luck. I tried to send an email directly to "Security & Bug Reporting"- it too misdirects me back to the shopping website. So annoying. Also what's the use of scanning an item & not being able to add it to my cart or at least show the item# so I can type it in to look it up. Also STOP "SEARCH DUMPING" when I search a specific brand..THAT'S ALL I WANT TO SEE.

Everytime I look at my available baIance i see that it keeps going down more and more I had a hundred and something available I paid this months bill and now I don't have 5.000 I admit I've been late but they take payments out of my account without notifying me so they are getting my payment so if you're going to close my account please don't hesitate close it already.. I really used to love this store and hoped they wouldn't close but I could care less now if they do
