JCP is far and away the easiest app for shopping for women's clothing. I can easily refine searches to find exactly what I'm looking for by size, color, and style. It has totally spoiled me for any other store's app.
This app is very hit-and-miss for me. I use it mainly to browse for new sale items but never actually place any orders through it, I wait to do that on my PC where it's much higher easier to verify that everything is correct. My biggest frustration with the app is that you cannot read the reviews for items at all, and usually cannot get a full description of them either, and I rely heavily on both before purchasing new things. If they would fix both of these issues, I would bump up my rating to 3 stars, albeit it still being difficult to purchase through.
Lies!! When checking out the app says ship to store save money and get it faster. I placed an order on June 19, it says estimates delivery June 22 it it's now June 27 and no sign of my order. On June 20 I placed an order for ship to home and it was delivered June 22.
It doesn't work!!! It used to work. I used to be able to use it, all of a sudden I can't browse, or Do anything. I emailed them, but no response smh. I was such a loyal customer. Emphasis on WAS!
Basically a pain to sign in,check rewards! What good is platinum status? I've received nothing via mail, email and text are only online
Every time I try to login it says wrong pass word and will not let me order. Your order website is not very customer friendly and I hate it. But I love to shop at Penneys.
