no ads, simply great!!! :-D no ads, no "funny" permisions like other free ones (for internet & others, to show you ads, since when does a light need to access the net? or contacts?, etc... lol) this one is simply great!!! it works on my sam galaxy s2 ics 4.0.4, mine is rooted but the app doesn't ask for su, so it shouldn't matter, review your logs to see why the light won't turn on, then google log errors to see how to fix it (do a search for a logcat app, also an app called "os monitor" can show you logcat msgs) :-D
Minimal permissions = perfect Does one thing and does it well. Searched the play store until I found this, because so many flashlight apps have ridiculous permissions. This only asks for permission to use the camera (of course), and the settings and interface are dead simple. Bravo.
No frills, but works fine with Xperia U, Xperia M and S4 Mini camera LEDs. A timed mode (i.e. on for 30 seconds, 1 minute etc) would be welcome, that's about all. With flashlight apps again getting bad press for crazy permissions (this only needs the camera because the LED is part of it!) and trojan installation, it's a shame more people are unaware of this.
Doesn't work I just get a power symbol on screen that gets a little brighter or darker if I press it, the LED light doesn't come on at all. Shame as this looks to be exactly what I am after
The simpler the better If you just want to control the LED lamp to have a flashlight in your pocket, this is for you. No extra silly and useless features. And no ads!
Nexus + ics = no led light I tried a few months ago and again today to see if it worked after a patch or two. Still doesn't turn on the LED flash light. Too bad I liked its nice and Simple format.
