App does not work since the latest update. App will freeze and then crash and one cannot submit a prescription. Update April 2, 2024: App is still useless on Android devices, it always freezes on the "Is your order accurate" The order can be completed via the website but you cannot attach photos of new prescriptions via the website, only the app & the app just doesn't work. Very unfortunate, as it used to be very handy & convenient when it was functional.

Can't refill prescriptions anymore! Since the update, when I try to refill my meds, it freezes. this is extremely frustrating. I am using an Android phone and also trying on a Samsung tablet, both totally freeze. I refill now through the desktop website and even doing it that way is practically impossible to figure out. The testing of this app clearly was done on iphones and not enough testing was done before roll out. Epic fail. **Also, I love how ALL replies from JC are in French only. UNreal

Since the new update, we have been unable to use the app to order our medications. The app freezes occasionally when choosing the medications to order but freezes completely when reviewing the medications ordered. We've been getting the "Jean Coutu app is not responding" message. We didn't have any issues before the update/changes. I'll re-rate the app once the issue is fixed. If I could rate it as "0", I would.
