worst app ever minium time for the order delivery is 50 min while the location is in the 4km range and almost 1 and half hour sometime it takes 2 hours to and the worst part of the app is the riders part order will be picked from the location and will be roaming here and there after some times they just call and will inform that the order is not prepared where the app shows order has been picked by the rider !

Worst App and services provided by jedlo, they take more than 1.5 hour to deliver order some time it takes 2 hours as well, while the restaurant is less than 4 km. When we place an order, their app automatically cancels order and show your order is canceled and when i try to get my money back, the app crashed, And any customer care mobile number or whatsapp no are not responding.

My experience was terrible; this was the second order I had to cancel after receiving a call from the delivery person. It was a waste of my time.
