Ratings and reviews

This software is super buggy. And recently it wiped out all of my saved settings... had to start over. 😠 Now it's got the wrong date or something. It's displaying Halloween lights several days after they are scheduled to top showing. At least I don't have to be connected to the same WiFi to change settings like the last version of this software. That's the only reason I didn't give 1/5 stars.

UPDATE: Had another tech come out. Problem for me was the controller doesn't do well with a mesh network. We connected it to the modem/router that brings the Internet into my house, instead of my mesh network. Have had 0 issues since that. 🙌 Updating to 4 stars, from 1. ORIGINAL: Stay away from JellyFish. This is so horrible. You can't connect to the controller. Seriously....this is trash. Hopefully this helps someone else. I didn't think to read reviews.

Used to work fine, but they pushed an update an now the app never loads past the loading screen, it just keeps loading a black model over the background image until the app is completely black and never loads for credentials. I don't think they have a very good development team... UPDATE: don't buy jellyfish lights if you can avoid it. They will never respond to customer support requests. I am very unhappy with my experience with JellyFish.
