About this app

Discover La Arroba, the app that connects local businesses, culture, mobility, and neighborhood life all in one place.

Choose your district, neighborhood, or area to discover the shops, services, products, and activities closest to you. La Arroba is designed for residents, users, and businesses that want to keep local commerce alive.

Explore businesses organized by category: restaurants, food, services, home goods, sports, health, and much more. Search and view information for each business to discover the services they offer, and you can also save them to your favorites for quick access to their details.

By registering, you can earn Elipis by making purchases at participating businesses. From your account, you can check your balance, transactions, and Elipis history. The process is very simple: identify yourself at participating businesses using your membership code or QR code to receive your points.

Later, when you accumulate enough Elipis, you can redeem them for rewards and benefits from the available rewards catalog. You can also view your coupons and show the corresponding code at the store to redeem them.

Your favorite businesses can reward your loyalty with loyalty cards, where you'll collect stamps and earn exclusive prizes upon completing each campaign.

The app will keep you up-to-date on everything happening in the area through posts, announcements, and neighborhood news. You can also participate in food events like Croqueteando, La Cuchara Caliente, and the Potato Festival, when they're running, and even view the schedule for the La Elipa Festival and its activities, organized by date, among other events.

You can take Elipón with you in your conversations using the sticker packs available for WhatsApp.

In addition to all this, you can now get around the neighborhood more easily, as there's a section to check EMT bus stops and their arrival times, as well as Madrid Metro stations.

The availability of shops, products, prizes, events, activities, stickers, and mobility data may vary depending on the area, season, active campaigns, and published information.
