About this app

The VIVE remote for the Néa and Zenki, with this you are in control.
The App will function as a remote for the toys and it also gives you the opportunity to create your own vibration patterns. In this way you will be able to reach heights you've never imagined possible. With the VIVE eggs you will feel absolutely special!

If you have trouble connecting your VIVE device to your Android Mobile Phone, please check the following issues;

- Make sure you have the latest version of both the app and android.
- Please check that your Bluetooth is active and the toy is switched on.
- Make sure you give the app permission to use your location, you can do this by following these steps:

1. Go to settings on your android device
2. Go to application manager
3. Press on the VIVE app
4. Press on permissions
5. Activate location

- Please make sure the cache memory of your Mobile Device isn’t full. Clear your cache by following these steps:

1. Press on the bottom left of your phone to open the menu.
2. Press on the circle diagram.
3. The menu "active applications" will open. Here you press the "stop all" button at the bottom.

App cannot find the device/does not pair via bluetooth. Using a Samsung Galaxy S8 (android smartphone) to connect with the Vive Shiatsu. Enable Bluetooth on cellular device > Turn on Vive Shiatsu > Open the Vive App > tap "Remote" > no device detected.. ALMOST LIKE THERE IS NOTHING TO CONNECT TO? My phone does not detect the device in it's bluetooth settings so.. Vive needs to work on this product more because as it stands now, this looks like false advertising to me.

Worked great the first time I paired it. Now it finds device and app freezes. Pretty much a waste of money. I expected better....

I sell these...wont even sync to app...cant even use without the app...what a garbage company...last updated 2016...stay away from shots toys... they're shotty.
