App not working Hello Team, I am a regular flyer via Jet Airways. Downloaded the recent version, but your app gets stuck in the "Country Selection" page only, and does not proceeds further. Tried closing the app and running again, but same problem persists. Please look into this error on a immediate basis and resolve the problem as early as possible. This is causing inconvenience to all your customers. Hope to have a resolution at the earliest.
After the last update, all my saved trips were erased and since I had already web checked in on one trip, the app didn't allow me to resave the trip. I ended up having to print out the ticket. So much for paper less convenience.
Worst ever app, it really sucks!!! Since last one month unable to access it. Spoke to customer care executive plenty of time, but no respite. Really half baked app launched in market. Stay away for ur benefit
App is really bad developed. Please contact some good developing company. The application does not work well and its really unorganised. There are many features that are not up to the level for a booking application. The first thing I noticed that with 100 mbps connection the app lags and takes too much time too load many times. secondly, I have added the booking in the application then also when I want to checkin or do any thing for that booking I need to manually enter the PNR or JP number. Also I have already added the JP account in the app. This should be looked upon.
Add itinerary not working Please fix basic functions first for booking a flight and saving itinerary. It is very difficult to select the right flight and book a ticket with the current user interface. Also, unable to save itinerary.
I am a frequent flyer of Jet airways. Its the best airlines.but this app ruined everything. I can never do online checkin with this app. Its always showing use different option. Such an useless app ever
