I ordered a physical card during the pre fee stage and was given a verified email saying my requested card would be shipped to me after August 20th when I made the request July 14th but recently I had to personally find out its status as it's been 3 weeks and no notice and when finally getting an update, support says that card request and all pre fee card request were canceled, there was no email mentioning this change

Totally buggy app. deposit button was dancing like I was playing game. I wanted to deposit usd wallet but charged as Gbp. After depositing, balance was not updated. I had to refresh manually, I saw this problem from first day. I don't know who is developer. Fresh graduat can make better app than this garbase.

Hello After updating the application, I am trying to use mobile app to deposit crypto but the option of showing currency or crypto methods has disappeared and still waiting on a solution.
