About this app

Jibreel is the easiest way to learn the essential knowledge every Muslim needs - in just 5 minutes a day. Designed like Duolingo but built for faith, Jibreel turns learning obligatory (fard ‘ayn) knowledge into a simple, step-by-step journey.

- How do you pray when you travel?
- Can you wipe your socks in wudu?
- What are the rules around prayer, menstruation & ghusl?
- What are the names of Allah?
- What are the rights of your neighbours?
- What exactly are the rights of your parents?

99.9% of Muslims don't know the answers to these questions, let alone fulfil them.

Yet, we will be questioned about every single one on the day of judgement!

- Problem: most Muslims were never taught their fard ‘ayn systematically.
- Solution: Jibreel fixes this by guiding you through the essentials in a way that is clear, trustworthy, and easy to follow.

--------------------

Based on the famous Hadith Jibreel - the Foundations of Islam

- Islam (Actions) - prayer, purification, fasting, zakat, and hajj.
- Iman (Belief) - the pillars of faith, from angels to destiny.
- Ihsan (Spirituality) - sincerity, excellence, and purifying the heart.

--------------------

Why Jibreel?

- Bite-sized daily lessons - 5 minutes a day to stay consistent.
- Checkpoints & quizzes that build confidence as you learn.
- Built for every Muslim - from lifelong Muslims to those refreshing their basics.
- Clean, distraction-free design focused on knowledge, not noise.

Ratings and reviews

I really want to like the app, great concept and easy to follow. There are things that need to be updated. Even tho its listed that there is no AI used, the drawings/pictures look very much AI. There should be time limited feature for people that can't afford a subscription. It's like opening the door and then kicking them out because they can't afford it. I understand it cost money to run it but there should be more options rather than just to subscribe.

An interesting concept, but it's quite strange that it does not allow you to choose your madhab during onboarding. In my opinion, the high price of this app would be better spent on any basic fiqh book. I also disliked that the onboarding is LENGTHY and structured like many scammy apps which try to get you to invest so much time that you feel a sense of loss if you don't purchase. Would trust more if they were up front about what madhab they are aligning to, even if only 1 supported initially.

The app is okayish. but subscription is hard to cancel. I had to look into their terms and service document to pull up a cancel stripe link. the option in the app don't work at least if you subscribed from the website. even website I can't login to cancel subscription. please fix this. this is not good. However the app is good. but I don't like the huge Ai in it. it's using ai so much. Again this is to make the app better the people beyond this app I am sure are good people. جزاهم الله كل خير
