the app doesn't let me pay. whenever I go to the payment page and click on pay, I always get the message 'New Rate Changed. Try Again'. it's been happening since two days and it is annoying. please fix it so that I can make my due payment for this month

very bad experience, Everytime I need to update the application. I don't know how many times they will upgrade it. its so frustrating to see make many installations
