Beware: Great Idea! But Developer has disappeared. . ? Is everything OK Jimmy?? I wrote to "Jimmy" about a bug changing the settings in the Swype toggle grid, but no reply. (5weeks ago, with a attached screen capture) Oh, well. Then I started noticing other serious bugs, crippling the app, but since he hasn't worked on this since August, or replied to others reviews. . . Maybe a stack of bad reviews will get some Attn.? Hello? Jimmy. . .?
Good app but have a suggestion Please give option to change battery colour from blue to white. (So it fits in with KitKat colours). Also a widget to unmount USB storage would also be a bonus (I use a USB stick with an otg adapter on my moto g and I don't want to go into settings every time I want to remove it)
Long time user, but now sudden problem (Nexus5 - 4.4.4) I love Widgetsoid! I like having the convenient configurable switches right where I want them, and the little readouts for battery and storage. Not sure what happened, but two weeks ago the widgets stopped updating themselves. Functionally, no change, but the toggles no longer illuminate when pressed, and the data is now stuck (eg: Battery on widget now always reads at 44%, even when this is clearly false). I've tried deleting and remaking the widgets, but all my widgets now have this problem. Help!
Latest update broke my notification contact toggles Samsung GS4 stock. Contact toggles, on this phone used to launch the contact, but I had to dismiss the notification shade to see them. That was ok. But now, it dismisses the shade by itself, but when I click the phone number to dial, it just goes away without dialing or even bringing up the contact. I love this tool. Please fix this problem and I will raise the rating to 5
Lollipop messed it up When I upgraded to kit Kat, android got rid of the data toggle button in the quick access section. I liked this button so I installed widgetsoid so I could still toggle my data. It worked perfectly and I loved it. However, I upgraded to lollipop and now it says it needs to be a system app or something like that. Anyways, the app no longer turns my data on and off and serves no purpose for me.
Does what it says (so far) I really like the app. I started with the notification bar and now I can't stop myself. I may be running my phone entirely through the shortcuts in this app soon. My only request would be to be able to resize the widgets to only 1 unit. The smallest it can get is 2x2. A 5x1 bar both horizontally and vertically would be amazing.
