This app was perfect up until they changed from Tracksolid to Tracksolid Pro. The OBD I had for tracking etc no longer works. Numerous emails between the people who supplied the OBD, Tracksolid and the sim card people, I now have an OBD that doesn't work. Both the OBD company and the sim card company state that nothing has changed at their end. I really don't know where to go from here

Since I updated to Tracksolid Pro, I don't see any of my devices on the app and on PC too. Do I have to import them from the previous system?

I bought the app with 10 years of subscription. Since installed the dash cam it is offline all time even if there is an active SIM card in it. I am disappointed by the lack of support during the installation process. Once you have it you should be able to have technical support to assist you on the complicated settings to make it work. Every tutorial advertise a so easy process.
