Shady service. 1) no hotline to call for assistance. 2) tried it thrice and the orders consistently have mistakes on them, which would have price changes 3) make sure you demand for a receipt for verification
Great! Love the app - saves me time so no complaints!
Impressed So far happy wit there service .
Bollocks! My postcode is not recognized!! Like really?? It works fine with Deliveroo, Just Eat and Hungry House but this Jinn thing need revision. Couldn't even pass the stage of "ordering" and I suppose it is for the best, judging the bad experience comments from the others users. I'm uninstalling it straight away!
Despite their ad saying they'd deliver to my house - they won't. The app says they don't deliver to my address - unhappy smiley :( No information on why they don't or if they ever will, just an unhappy face like they're five years old. As such - one star as it's of zero use to me. Also worth noting: Doug Scott gives it five stars. That couldn't be the same Doug Scott that invested £1m into the company could it? No....
Extremely Rude and aggressive drivers I used the Jinn app once and never used it again due to poor service. But today while driving home 2 scooter drivers from Jinn touched my car at the traffic lights as I horned at then as one of them was too busy chatting to his colleague they took a left and didtn like the fact that I horned at them so as we arrived at the next traffic light they spat on my car and window and drove off on to Maida vale. For Jinn this incident took place on 1st June at 15:56 n the corner of Elgin Avenue w9 & Maida vale A5
