We should always give people a second chance. But this time Jinn truly let me down. On Saturday they double charged me and try to blame it on me but the customer service manager has solved the issue and refunded me after I showed him the proof. On Sunday I decided to order food and after one hour, the order 'is still being processed so I decided to call the restaurant to enquire about it and apparently there was no order at all. I emailed Jinn and there was no reply which makes sense as it was Sunday. However, the worst part was after 3 hours, I received an email stating that 'the food has been delivered' and my card was charged. Well, no food was delivered at all!!! Definitely will never trust this app ever again.
The drivers are very courteous but the app fails often. They often overcharge your account by a few pounds after your order has been confirmed, without returning it... basically robbing you.
Waited 2 hours for my order to be confirmed. Ended up cancelling my order. I understand they may be busy but then take on more staff or look for a better business plan!
I would say it can be hit and miss, with 80% hits
Rubbish not ever got countrywide coverage.
