you can watch any channel properly, for everything you have to get subscribtion. please don't recharge with packs having an ott platform, there is no use of it. you are getting scammed. they don't provide you service for live telecast on OTT, only old videos are available which you can view anywhere.

I subscribed to SonyLIV through JioTV specifically to watch cricket, but the Sony Sports channels are not working. Every time I try to open the channel, it shows a "Bad Request" error. I have already updated the app and tried basic troubleshooting, but the issue still persists. Please fix this as soon as possible. This is very disappointing for paying subscribers.

I've the latest version of this app but still I face this problem of the app not opening and is stuck on the JioTV icon with red background. It is very frustrating to keep on waiting so that it can open but then also this app doesn't open. Kindly fix this as soon as possible.
