Ratings and reviews

I’m facing an issue on my Android 15 device (Redmi Note 13). During calls or voice usage, the audio suddenly goes mute in between. After restarting the device, it works fine initially, but only for about 15–20 minutes. Then again, the voice cuts out or becomes completely silent intermittently. This issue is quite frequent and affects normal usage. Please look into this and provide a fix as soon as possible.

Worst customer care service by the Jio TV. I had added few channels to my Favorite List. However from 6th May26 my favourite channels are not available and I am unable to add channels to favourite list except some Hindi channels. There is no option for the customer support at all in the Jio TV app.
