There is a lot that can be improved in UI.. 1. there are rows that I want to remove to make my navigation easier.... 2. while browsing through tiles, channel switches automatically regardless you want that or not... 3. The up and down buttons should switch channels, like xioami tv ... 4. I hate redirection, that the channels must open within app, because you auto switch the channel , it takes you to different app whether you want that or not.... and it will be a perfect app then....

Everything is fine with Jiotv+ app,except the device limitations.It would be the best if the device limitations are increased from 2 android/Google TVs or smart TVs to 4 devices along with JioSTB,now 3BHKs very common in the Indian cities.So kindly consider increasing device limitations as the must as the others like Zee5,Sony liv,Sun NXT & etc provide the service to 4 to 5 devices under one subcripstion.Be generous to your customers.

JioTV+ suffers from severe stability issues, especially when switching back and forth between multiple apps to play live TV channels provided by respective companies in their OTT apps when tuned in JioTV+. This constant app switching disrupts the viewing experience, making it frustrating and unreliable. Users are forced to jump between JioTV+ and third-party apps just to watch live TV, which defeats the purpose of having an integrated streaming platform. With the Viacom18 and Disney Star mergerd now, all Colors and Star channels across languages and genres should be available natively on JioTV+ instead of redirecting to Hotstar. Currently, when users tune into these channels, they are redirected to hotstar app rather than being able to stream them directly within JioTV+. This not only makes navigation cumbersome but also negatively impacts user experience, requiring unnecessary extra steps just to access live TV. Additionally, many channels take a long time to load, making live TV streaming sluggish and inconvenient. The app itself is poorly optimized, filled with intrusive and unskippable ads that further degrade the experience. There are delays and app failures when transitioning to content playback during switching between multiple Ott apps. Stability issues persist throughout, leading to frequent crashes, buffering loops, and playback errors. JioTV+ should focus on delivering a seamless and user-friendly experience by fixing these issues. The biggest priority should be enabling native live TV playback for all possible channels including all Star and Colors channels within JioTV+ without any redirections by adding it natively in Jiotv+. Optimization is essential to improve stability, reduce loading times, and eliminate excessive ads that hinder smooth content consumption. Without these critical fixes, JioTV+ remains an unreliable and frustrating platform for live TV viewing.
