Ratings and reviews

Could be much better. Here few issues which i found. 1) Page reloads most of the time if kept in background. It is not able to be kept in memory like chrome and little sluggish which i expect will get polished over future updates. 2) upon opening and closing the multiple tab in a group there pops up a notification bar at the bottom right above where the tabs are present for switching. This remains for coiple of seconds and is annoying especially when you have to switch tabs fast.

I've been trying to use the JioSphere app, but it's been consistently crashing every time I open it or try to navigate through the features. The concept of the app is great, and I was excited to explore it, but the experience so far has been frustrating. I've tried reinstalling, clearing cache, and even updating my phone software — nothing seems to work. It really needs a stability update as soon as possible. Until then, it's pretty much unusable. I hope the developers fix these issues quickly

I’m experiencing a serious issue with the JioSphere browser. Every time I open the app, it crashes and closes immediately. This isn't limited to just one phone—it’s happening on all two of my mobile devices, which include different models and Android versions. I’ve tried restarting the devices, reinstalling the app, and even clearing the cache and data, but the problem persists. This makes the browser completely unusable and highly frustrating. Please look into this issue as soon as possible
