Citizen Services Mobile Application from GVMC
- New User Registration
One-time user registration with limited inputs like Username, Password, Name, email and
Mobile number and area so that we can avoid taking personal information in complaints
and service request registration in simplified manner.
- Onetime Login & Forgot Password
One-time login on the mobile app, authentication happens from the Citizen portal. Users
who are registered on the citizen portal can login using the same credentials.
- View Citizen Profile & Change password
Citizen details like name, email id, mobile number of Citizen to be populated on profile
screen and user can change password
- Manage Accounts
Citizen can add different type of account details such as Property tax, vacant land tax at
a go, so that citizen need not enter assessment numbers every time for bill payment and
- My Account Summary
This screen is for the users with multiple accounts. The screen contains a summary of
all the accounts such as Property Tax, Vacant Land.
- Smart Elements :
• Provides nearest public Wi-Fi hotspot information along with navigation feature.
• Provides nearest emergency call box information along with navigation feature.
• Users can also check the ambient air quality along with air pollutant details from the
nearest environmental sensor.
- Service Request creation
Citizen can raise new street light, new drain, new road service request through mobile
- Civic Issue Reporting
Citizen enters details of complaint type, complaint description. Complaint ID is
generated by Grievance Management System as an acknowledgement.
The location details for all the complaints are captured through GPS for effective
resolution from field team.
- Complaint Registration through QR Code
Citizen can raise complaint against Bin clearance by scanning QR code which is present
on the bin.
Complaint is auto assigned to respective officials to resolve the issue.
- Swachhata complaints registration
To lodge complaint in swachhata, Citizen enter Details of Name, Mobile No, Locality,
Ward no, Area, Landmark and details along with photo and submit a complaint.
Also, Citizen can view all swachhata complaints related to his locality with photo and
