The app is extremely problematic. Constantly crashes and uses up a lot of battery power which makes my phone run much hotter than other similar apps. The experience is much worse on the android version than the apple version, and that one hardly even works. Since the new update I no longer have the ability to scan packages, and the app doesn't mark delivered packages as delivered. Needs serious work.

The way the route is planned is inefficient and takes one to two hours longer to complete a route because of it. Also it doesn't take me to the exact location just pins me to the street. I have to manually type out each address in Google maps which takes so much time! Unfortunately I have no choice but to use this app with the job.

I ordered my item on March 3rd, 2025. I received a tracking number. it's April first and I can't find an answer on the location of my package . Tried calling. but no answer. I get a recording to wait and my wait number is 278 on the list. I email them and no response. my package is undeliverable and Piggy tells me the Driver does not exist. the company took my $139.00 from my card. I guess I have been scammed. no package and no money.
