Can't sign up I just downloaded this app a few minutes ago. It does not allow me to enter my name and email to sign up. I don't want to use my social media accounts, since Jiyo wants access to ALL my info and contacts. Why? Would Deepak like it if an app wants access to all his personal information and contacts? Please fix the problem so I can sign up with an email address. Show us the integrity that Deepak displays in his own life. Thank you.

Hi, We have made the fix and the latest version does not require you to sync your contacts. You can simply use your email address to sign up and restrict any other information you would not like to give. Good so far.. I can't find anything about how much the paid videos cost and does the subscription once paid cover all content or just the channel you buy?

Not what I expected I love the concept of this app , but my videos don't play , and I can never reply to anyone's comments half the time... it would be better if there was a website and not just an app.. and if there where more interactive option between members maybe like journals for members to share their experience or to motivate one another.... honestly I want something like fb but for people like us.

Thank you for your feedback. Very kind of you. You can access Jiyo on the website as well- www.jiyo.com. We are working on features to enhance your experience and you will be seeing it in the future updates. Runs too slow I really like the concept of this app but it runs really slow on my phone. The category picking swipe function just doesn't work. I can't get it to the category I want. Please fix!
Wants WAY too much access to data, and no agreement not to share it. I downloaded the app, but right out of the gates it asks for every piece of possible data (including information of your contacts, connections on social media, all sensor data, access to the camera, microphone, call logs, SMS, etc.) Sorry, Deepak, that's a lot of expensive marketing data and privacy access that doesn't seem worth the return.

Hi Luke, thank you for your feedback. The only reason we collect this data is provide you a customized social feed and inputs depending on your data. The app also functions without giving access to any of the data.
The privacy policy can be found here https://www.jiyo.com/page/policy Won't connect fitbit and really unresponsive Won't connect to my fitbit band and is really unresponsive when I'm clicking buttons to explore tried 3 times but am giving up as trying to do it is having a negative effect on my wellbeing :-/
Hey this is really a special group here. Amazing website/interaction. Thats a plus. But what really stands out to me is if your issue is trying to find balance and calmness in your soul this team really cares and have proven results. I am really hoping it connects with my life. Hi Michael, sorry about this. We are looking at resolving this issue since its a device specific issue we have seen. Looking into it and we will get back to you. I like it I'm having trouble connecting my Fitbit. After logging in to my Fitbit account I get an error that says "Oops! Something went wrong." Fix this and I'll add the fifth star. Thanks.

Hi Phil, sorry you feel this way about Jiyo. We do not have ads per se on the application currently. We however are providing a customized experience based on your usage on the app. Love to hear your thoughts. Like Concept Videos are central aren't playing... 😞 quite a huge deal breaker!

Jiyo- The better half The features like my moment & Daily bits based on my interest make my self comfortable. Thanks for the product.
Videos not working Please classify on type of subjects and work on videos, they are not working

Hi Somya, we are looking into this. Thank you for your feedback. Updating my review to a 5! I'll give this thing a 5 when I can play the videos from the app...and Chromecast them. Its hard to do yoga while attempting to follow it on a phone screen. Some you can Chromecast, but they just say unable to play video. Aaaaaah!😢. UPDATE: THANKS SO MUCH FOR ADDING LOCAL CAST!!!! NOW I CAN CAST TO MY TV FOR YOGA, ETC! I'd also like to mention that this team from Jiyo are excellent in response and requests. Superb work guys! Namaste❤

Keyboard wont work, unable to type anything in app. Signed up for expert videos, unable to watch due to error message. I hope this gets fixed soon.
Its name says it All.. !! Jiyo your better Half... Amazing app to keep your body fit. Yummy healthy recipes, alot of workouts,great tips for happy life and just alot more.. Loving it :) <3
