Great, with room for improvement! I really like this app! It is very useful for the purpose of tracking your workouts, and I really like the interface. I used to use Google Drive and recorded my lifts in a spreadsheet, but it was not ideal. A small suggestion I would make is to make an update that allows for multiple users to log their lifts on a single device. I bring my phone to the gym with me when I lift with my girlfriend, and I would like to track my own progress, as well as hers. As far as I can tell, this app only allows for one user to track their data. It seems like it would be fairly simple to create a button to switch between user profiles on a specific exercise to log reps and weight for either user. Also, it would be great if it were possible to export the data to a 3rd party, like Google Docs Spreadsheets or Microsoft Excel.
Great app. Needs update info This app is amazing at keeping track of your workout progress. The only thing that is wrong with it, is the lack of workouts. If you could please add more variations of workouts, it would help greatly. Maybe even as a feature to scan the workout machines to be able to add them. Also, being able to arrange your workouts, after adding them. This would be a huge help. And when you complete your work out set, they grey out, or remove themselves from that days session. Would help keep tracked of what you are on.
Would give 5 stars if.. App is good but needs a backup / sync with Google account feature. Had to wipe my device and couldn't find where to back up any files. Now I've lost months worth of data. Is there any thing like that to be added soon?
Tops in a Crowded Field Searched high and low to find one workout app that would fit the bill...and this is it! Love the graphics and stat check to reference my prior lifts. Easy modification allows me to customize my workouts the way I want them. Bottom line: prefect blend of simplicity, customization and functionality. For me, a must have.
Simple with potential The edit functions does bring up previous values and the day should allow an "any" setting. The exercise list is not aligned when adding your own exercises which look odd when combined with built in exercises that include a picture. I entered a little data to test and the graph shows 12/02/55 as the date.
Workit Would be a easy 5 if some of the workout items were updated. Like the cardio machines. They don't have any level to record, you don't record weight on these. Also on the floor exercise like plank push ups ect you again dont record weight time & reps are important. Also the graphs don't work on the majority of items Rearly need some updates to improve other than that it's very simple to use & keeps good records of what you have done.
