This app saved me money. My husband took my car to his "friend" the mechanic who claimed he had to keep the car over the weekend. I was checking out my app by chance when I noticed the car had been driven. The mechanic had "test driven" the car over 200 miles. He had no idea that I had the app on the car. Needless to say when I picked up the car I didn't give him a penny! Admittedly the app can be intermittant or slow in responding but most times I can get it to do what it is supposed to do.

App does not work at all for me. I have been waiting for updates for a year but the app has not worked for a year. Gives "Generic error, could not log in", no details. I am able to login to the account on the web, so the password is definitely correct. Disappointed with the kind of attention this app is getting from the developer. I know it is outsourced to a separate company, not JLR directly, but I think this is leaving a bad impression of JLR, and shows bad on Play Store, as the iOS app works

Purchased a Velar in April. Got the subscription 2 days after the purchase and still can't use the app. Called LRJ and was told I needed an update. Well after several updates and even having the telematic module replaced, I still can't use the app. Call LRJ back and was told a tech would reach out in a week? A week? I paid a hefty price tag for a car and can't even remote start it. Asked for a refund and was told they can't do that. It's ridiculous.
