The Land Rover Remote App keeps you in touch with your Land Rover when you're not in your vehicle, delivering greater control than ever before over security and comfort settings.

The App's enhanced features, improved functionality and intuitive interface affords peace of mind, more efficient journey planning and greater well-being for you and your passengers.

Use the App to remotely:
- Prepare for a trip by checking fuel range and dashboard alerts
- Locate your vehicle on a map and get walking directions to it
- Check if doors or windows are open
- View journey information
- In the event of a breakdown, request Optimized Land Rover Assistance
- Plan future journeys and sync with your vehicle*
- Connect your favorite music and lifestyle applications to your InControl account for use in vehicle.*

For vehicles with InControl Remote Premium, the following additional features are available:
- Check on your vehicle security status and lock/unlock your vehicle if required
- Cool or heat your vehicle to the desired temperature prior to your journey*
- Locate your vehicle in a crowded car park with 'beep and flash' functionality.

Download the Land Rover InControl Remote App and then log in using your Land Rover InControl username and password to connect to your vehicle. This App requires subscription to one of the following packages fitted to the vehicle:
- InControl Protect
- InControl Remote
- InControl Remote Premium.

Used to work, but now I can't even unlock or lock my car. The climate never has worked, the car starts but the air doesn't blow. The car came with 6 6-month subscription it worked amazingly! I waited a year after to renew and I guess based on reviews there was an update and now nothing works. I just paid for the 2yr thinking it was going to be amazing like it was, now it's trash. Do not buy! 2018 RR

This app saved me money. My husband took my car to his "friend" the mechanic who claimed he had to keep the car over the weekend. I was checking out my app by chance when I noticed the car had been driven. The mechanic had "test driven" the car over 200 miles. He had no idea that I had the app on the car. Needless to say when I picked up the car I didn't give him a penny! Admittedly the app can be intermittant or slow in responding but most times I can get it to do what it is supposed to do.

This app is the most expensive waste of money I've made by far! The price of the cars one would assume you should successfully be able to start the vehicle, wrong! Since LR can't seem to figure out how to correct this failure, they should make the vehicles capable to install after market remotes. Their attempt to be exclusive, set them apart from all others in the most negative way imaginable. Planned on upgrading to the new electric model, but definitely not... they can't get simple correct
