My keyboard of choice! I LOVE this keyboard. ☺ I do NOT like the Google or Samsung keyboards on my Galaxy Note 2 (& now my Note 4), & love the ability to use the arrow keys on Jelly Bean keyboard! I have been using it as my default keyboard for ages, and I much prefer the ability to correct mistyping in Jelly Bean over the Google and Samsung keyboards!! I don't like the new emoji plugin though. 😞
Cumbersome at best Voice recognition doesn't come anywhere close to what is spoken, just a random jumble of words. The keyboard will not delete whole words at once only character by character. The word suggestions rarely bring up the word I am trying to type and if it does at all it is when I have one character of a long word left to type.
Backspace has made me bald I have used this keyboard for some time. Now, for some reason, when I have to use the backspace, I dread for my well being. Hold down the backspace, and it just jumps backwards in the text randomly deleting letters. It auto corrected a word incorrectly, and I hit backspace once go undo autocorrect and it put my original word in the middle of the last word typed. :). UPDATE: Still the same issues. I uninstalled, cleared the cache, data, and files out, rebooted, and still have the same issue.
Best replacement By far the best. I keep coming back to this keyboard since I owned an s3. I had it on my s4 and note 4 and now on my LG g5 cos this g5 keyboard still stores dictionary words like Crap.
Problem since update Love this T9 keyboard. However, since update, predictive text works fine on the first word of writing a new email message... but then the rest of the words after appear as letters. For example hello there appears as hello tgdpd .... can you sort it out? Have even uninstalled email account! It takes so long now to write an email. Frustrated!
Used to love, but it stopped auto correcting! What is this nonsense?? Now I have to use a drop down menu to select words like "isn't"? It won't automatically correct anything anymore, even though the option is turned on.
- updated app to use open emoji plugin because the handcent emoji plugin is no longer available
