Not working for live backup! After purchasing, while doing the live backup, has been stuck at 'Estimating size for /system' for about an hour. I am using Moto X 2nd gen, running stock android 5.1. I am on Busybox v1.23.2- Stericson and even tried unchecking compression, but still facing the same issue. I am still waiting for the solution! Better return back my money!!
Works great!! For those having issues make sure your cell is not using emulated storage. Also if it doesn't work with your cell that means your cell isn't supported with TWRP, nothing to do with this app. If you don't know where to install TWRP or what directory, you shouldn't be messing with your cell or you could brick it. Learn what you are doing first and THEN flash recovery etc.
Unacceptable risk I have Asus Zenfone 2. The installation requires me to verify location of recovery. How do I know that? The proposed folder does not exist. If I say yes, my phone dies forever. Are you kidding? If developers cannot find the right location, they should never list my phone.
Great app I think I found a bug, for my phone anyway. I went to install the TWRP recovery via this app and I received the error message that stated that something has gone wrong and asked my if I wanted to try to reboot into recovery. But it did actually install the TWRP recovery and this app recognizes it. I think it's a bug.
Can't access backups Forbidden you don't have permission to access /bacon/ on this server. Every time I try to install generically I get that message. If I choose a specific version I get verify path and then something went wrong. So far I've seen only ads and no usefulness.
Failed to install recovery then asked me if I wanted to reboot to recovery the app itself is super broken. all its good for is checking versions. I would not recommend using any of its other functions. didnt work when I was using ARHD 22 HTC One M8, then when I went back to stock HTC Sense and tried to install TWRP it failed, then asked me if I wanted to boot to recovery. I accidentally hit yes and now my beloved phone is stuck at "Entering Recovery. . .". the recovery module itself is wonderful. their app however isnt. EDIT: Still can't register install with app (ARHD 34)
