Absolutely love it! Loads of different workouts for the Beginner right through to advanced. Plus the ability to create your own custom workouts. The instructions are visual, simple, clear and without any sales pitch. The instructor holds your hand so to speak right through each workout. These are all body weight exercises so no need for any kit or equipment. Can be done at home or in a hotel room. Absolutely bloody brilliant. Well done Johnson and Johnson. Thank you so much for this amazing free app .
Very good...but one or two bugs Very good app in general. A lot of workouts to choose from, customisable and nice ui and all free. Unfortunately you can't pause started cycles because you can't resume. Also the circle counting down time is but really helpful / visible when you are a bit away from your phone. Here anther graphic would be great. Menus are bit sluggish as well sometimes....
Has possibility Before you start any of the workouts, go to the instructions and review all the exercises - there's very little guidance once you start (no graphics or anything) . Would be nice if it gave you a list of the exercises you're going to do before you start. 15 second market's would be useful too. Aside from all that, it's a nicish app. I like that it will custom design a workout for you.
Nice app! I tried this today and it seems easy to follow and can be set for different levels. I did also like that there were not many permissions that needed to be granted by me. Until I went into the privacy agreement. Egads! Seems like they can access just about everything and share with their 3rd party vendors. I'm still deciding if I want to keep it. Totally bummed because it seems like what I want.
Some technical issues I like the instructions and the exercises, but the app locks/freez some times. I specially like the warm up and cool down. Also there is no Back or Regret button if you happen to start the wrong exercise. I would really like to get it integrated with Google fit where I collect all my other physical activities.
Awesome workout tool! Only two points of minor complaint - 1: The first exercise it announces always ends up being the SECOND exercise. 2: For the first cool down move, you're told to reach toward your right foot when it should say left foot. Neither of these points weigh heavy enough on the experience for me to want to remove a star, though!
